By accessing and using VK Finder ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

VK Finder is a search facilitation tool that helps users discover educational content on VK (VKontakte) by formatting search queries for Google's video search with SafeSearch disabled. The Service:

• Formats search queries to target VK.com domains
• Opens search results directly in Google
• Operates client-side in your web browser
• Does not store, track, or log searches

2. Acceptable Use

You may use VK Finder for:

• Searching for educational content (lectures, tutorials, courses)

You may NOT use VK Finder for:

• Searching for explicit, adult, or pornographic content

• Violating VK.com or Google's terms of service
• Any malicious, harmful, or illegal activities

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Intellectual Property

The VK Finder website, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

3.2 Third-Party Content

VK Finder facilitates discovery of third-party content hosted on VK.com and indexed by Google. We do not host, control, or endorse any content found through our Service. All content rights remain with their respective owners.

4. No Affiliation Disclaimer

VK Finder is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to:

• VK (VKontakte) or its parent company
• Google or Alphabet Inc.
• Any social media platform
• Any educational institution

We are an independent tool that formats search queries for Google's search engine.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for search results or content found through our Service
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party websites or services

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:
